USA Racquetball Announces Ankored as the new platform for SafeSport Training and Background Checks

As part of our ongoing commitment to athlete safety and compliance with the U.S. Center for SafeSport, USA Racquetball is making an important change to how SafeSport training and background checks are managed.

Beginning in early October, we will be transitioning from Players Health to Ankored as our new platform for SafeSport Training and Background Checks. Ankored is a trusted provider used by many organizations offering a more streamlined process, user-friendly access, and reliable compliance tracking for our members, coaches, and officials. Keep in mind we will be shutting down all Safe Sport & Background checks for 2-3 days while we make this transition.

What this means for you:

• All SafeSport Training and Background Checks moving forward will be completed through Ankored.
• If you have already completed your requirements through Players Health for the current season, your certifications will remain valid until they expire.
• When it is time to renew, you will receive instructions for accessing the Ankored platform.
• USA Racquetball will provide step-by-step guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.

We believe this change will make it easier for members to stay compliant while at the same time strengthening our collective commitment to a safe and positive racquetball community.
