The November Board meeting will be jam packed with votes to ratify committee recommendations. (Process point -- Committees don’t make decisions; they make recommendations to the Board of Directors who then vote to approve what the committees bring.)

Hall of Fame Committee has submitted their recommendations for Hall of Fame and Annual Awards. Hall of Fame will go back to the voting group. Annual Awards will be approved, and everything will be announced when the process is final.

Finance Committee, Treasurer, and ExCom are preparing the 2026 budget for the Board’s review and approval.

Election Committee will submit a recommended slate for the Board of Directors election in March 2026.

In other activities, not to be considered all-inclusive:

Executive Committee and the Development Advisory Group are brainstorming and acting on ideas for revenue generation to support the U.S. Adult and Junior Teams in an important (and expensive!) travel year for the teams to represent the USA in international tournaments.

Social Media Group – Rules Rule, 25 Things We Like About Racquetball, Membership Appeals, U.S. Adult Team features. Look for more from the Junior Team as the IRF World Junior Championships approaches, December 5-13, 2025 in Santo Domingo!

Grow the Sport and Membership/Marketing Groups – these groups are continually looking for creative ways to impact the sport and serve our players. An example of a recent initiative is that a survey has gone out to National Senior Games participants regarding what would bring value to them with a membership. We look forward to their feedback.
